As well as saving our clients considerable time, we offer a customised and targeted analysis of the market that will allow you to make your choice based on sound information to optimise your real estate investment. Our approach is based on the following stages:

Project definition

  • Definition of search criteria (size, location, budget…).
  • Project feasibility study: project analysis according to real estate market data.
  • Dossier preparation.
  • Signature of exclusive property search contract.



Property search and preliminary visits

  • Search for property corresponding to the requirements throughout the entire real estate market and all relevant channels (agencies, private sales, notaries, property agents…).
  • Preliminary visits to selected properties.
  • Visit report and regular updates on search progress.

Client visits

  • Choice of the properties to visit based on the visit reports and complementary information (General meeting reports, technical analysis report …).
  • Organisation of schedules and accompanied visits to properties.



Conclusion of purchase

  • Assistance during the negotiating stage and in drawing up your purchase offer.
  • Setting up contacts with a financial adviser or bank for your purchase loan, notary, and insurance broker if necessary.
  • Setting up contacts with our trusted partners: architects, renovators, decorators…

 

OUR FEES

Our fees are defined at the signing of the property search contract. They are equal to a rate of 2% of the purchase price, with a minimum fee of 12 000 € ATI. Fees are due and payable at the signature of the deed of sale.
